mobile web redesign

In a lightning effort to respond to user feedback, the team under my supervision redesigned the full app in 2 weeks, reimagining broken flows and elevating the visual quality of the app overall.

The directions flow specifically needed more attention with dedicated screens for input, review and route display.

My role: design manager, working with the insights team to identify key areas to address, brief the team, review and approve designs and involve other stakeholders in the buy in for the upgrade.
